This has got a draw written all over it.
Our form has fallen off a cliff.
I know what you mean, but, by the same token, if we beat them (and we generally do at home), we resume our 50% win rate, at which we have been running since the start of last season.

A ‘must’ win game?
We need to do whatever it takes to get 3 points here. Throw out the best 11 we have and if by a miracle were up 3-0 after 60 then we can look to bring a few off.
Why do we need to rest players?? Our game vs Norwich was called off. In a normal season we would not be thinking twice about it. I think people are getting a bit carried away by this "teams getting a rest" thing. Its not as though Watford have been able to get the squad in every day to plan things. Training grounds have been closed, players in isolation. If anything, they have been disrupted by it. Go full strength....
Fabs (hes had a rest)
Coufal (hes had a rest)
Diop
Dawson
Cresswell (hes had a rest)

Because we need to keep the team fresh for the busy Xmas fixture list.
Including last night it's 4 games in 11 days.
We cannot afford to drop points, we have been in a tricky run. go full tilt for both and see where we are for Palace (knowing we have a cup game the following week against an awful Leeds team) and maybe even a new signing.
If we aint careful, we play around and end up missing out on wining both
Even if Antonio is fit he can start the game on the bench, it will be nice to have an option who can change the game when they come on. If Antonio is out I'd put Oko-Flex on the bench. We don't need to have so many defensive minded players on the bench, whereas we currently lack any real pace from the bench in an attacking sense. Kral misses out unfortunately but let's be honest Moyes wouldn't use him anyway.

Arthur and Yammie need to be as far away from the team as possible!!!
I'd be tempted to bring Noble back for this one, I think we are struggling to manage games at the moment, we conceded quickly after scoring last night, just think his no how might be needed over the Xmas period.

Masuaku was awful. Saka had him on toast time and time again. The man should be nowhere near our backline.
He had Lanzini in front of him, offering nothing at all in way of cover and Rice and Soucek were overrun. Saka didn't beat him that often and SOuthampton don't have a player anywhere near as good as Saka.
He was good at LB in a back 4 vs Chelsea in the 2nd half
Stick Fornals on the left instead of Lanzini and that immediately makes it much better
