As I've always said, if Yarmo's the answer, wtf is the question?

“How can we make the team worse and less affective overall?”
That was a pretty turgid performance aye?

where would we be, if the foul is given outside the box, and Dawson gets a red. (is that a 3 game or 1 game suspension ?)
either way it's Diop and a.n. other at CB

Dreadful first half today.
Shocking VAR decision. The foul was so far out of the penalty area.
Quickly drifting into the usual form of win one, draw one, lose one.

Is Yarmo really trying? Seems he doesn't give a crap half the time (if that).
I don't think Dawson's foul would be worthy of a red, so we probably win the game. It would have been a draw at worst. How could we cope with his suspension though? Maybe the pen and no card is the best outcome out of those two scenarios.

I really think that if the foul is awarded outside the box, and using the Villa/Bowen/Konsa incident (was it ?) it's a red. (of course with the way VAR is working for us it WOULD be a red, but there's no telling).
Yarmo was absolutely dogshyte.
WTF was the right footed attemped chip/cross/shot that ended up as none of the above. the look on Bowen's face said it all.
Re: ⚽ West Ham Utd vs Southampton: match thread
Injuries, poor form from too many players and a couldn't care less attitude (yes you Yarmolenko), have now turned us into a team likely to finish in the lower half of the table. Can't see that changing unless we get in at least three new first team ready players. Can't see that happening either.

Re: ⚽ West Ham Utd vs Southampton: match thread
not digging you out, but he doesn't show it all..............
took my coaching licence and they asked one of the lads:
What's the difference between skill and tecnique ? (here's me thinking they're one and the same - good job it wasn't my question)
tecnique is the ability to execute a dribble/pass/control etc.
skill is the ability to execute it under pressure
well right now Yarmo has an abundance of tecnique and a complete lack of skill.

The problem is every opposing players knows this and he doesn’t have the pace the work half a yard, so players just show him overly onto his right which renders him ineffective.
Yarmo is done as an athlete who can play in a league as fast as the prem.

Yah, apart from making one goal and scoring another, he did eff all!blahblahblah wrote: ↑Sun Dec 26, 2021 8:41 pm Other than the penalty and the free kick Ward-Prowse was completely anonymous. Romeleu, Salisu, and Broja especially were the only players who stood out.

Tbf his goal was a pen, his free kick was excellent mind but neither contributions were from open play.Vic_Watson wrote: ↑Sun Dec 26, 2021 10:17 pm Yah, apart from making one goal and scoring another, he did eff all!

we need more players like this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Vic_Watson wrote: ↑Sun Dec 26, 2021 10:17 pm Yah, apart from making one goal and scoring another, he did eff all!
had a mate in 'ouston and he's a HUGE Rangers fan. forget who it was at the time played for them but he was banging in goals for fun.
comments on the match threads were:
"he doesn't do eff all except score goals."
Re: ⚽ West Ham Utd vs Southampton: match thread
But being technically gifted doesn't equate to actually being of any use. Yarmolenko doesn't have the speed, in body or mind, to be effective in the Premier League - and hasn't for some time.

Probably he really wanted to sub Vlasic back on.Puff Daddy wrote: ↑Sun Dec 26, 2021 8:52 pm Agreed. A rubbish substitution that. He might just as well have left things as they were

I think the Moyes Out comments were tongue in cheek. His style of football is dull though.

Who said they were? The original point was about dead ball delivery.

The comment I quoted you responding to said JWP was anonymous apart from the pen and free kick?Vic_Watson wrote: ↑Sun Dec 26, 2021 10:22 pm Who said they were? The original point was about dead ball delivery.
You then said
Suggesting it’s ridiculous to say he didn’t stand out because he scored and got an assist……Vic_Watson wrote: ↑Sun Dec 26, 2021 10:17 pm Yah, apart from making one goal and scoring another, he did eff all!
