Re: 2021 Game of the Year
I've only played two and one of those was briefly.
Doom Eternal for about 8 hours
World of Warcraft for about 50% of my life.
So WoW has to be.

Re: 2021 Game of the Year
To be honest my 4 year old gaming laptop struggles with some of the newer games, last one I played was Cyberpunk 2077 and I think that was released in 2020.

It Takes Two for me. Sadly only available to play with 2 players, but I had the most fun with this. Been a while since I played something that enjoyable and original which kept me hooked all the way. Plenty of laughs too.

Re: 2021 Game of the Year
Of the games released this year, the only one I've properly played is Tony Hawks 1+2 remake.
It is excellent to be fair.
Hades was the best game I played this year though.

Re: 2021 Game of the Year
Just seen that Tony Hawks was released 2020. So that doesn't qualify.
Not a great year for games was it.

Re: 2021 Game of the Year
Forza Horizon 5 for me.
Enjoyed Ratchet and Clank rift apart, and haven't finished it takes two and Deathloop which are both good, but I usually play games a year behind, so my other favourite games of the year (FF7 remake, Last of Us 2 and Assassin's Creed Valhalla) are from 2020

Re: 2021 Game of the Year
As already mentioned 2021 was a bit rubbish for games.
The only one I really got into is Halo Infinite so that gets my vote

Re: 2021 Game of the Year
I've recently just picked these up but am yet to play as I've been suckered back into No Man's Sky.
The title I played most in 2021 was Valheim (PC).
