Other Games - Gameweek 23

Got to hope for a Watford win here. Norwich are going down regardless. So should they win, it’s wasted points if you’re of the opinion it would be a Good Thing if Newcastle went down.

Think that must be right - it’s 3 of the present bottom 4 surely so a win for Watford puts some light between them. On the other hand a Norwich win puts them 5 points clear of the Caliphate.

Anything but a draw please.

For all the talk of Nrowcih being an embarrassment , guaranteed to go down, and worst ever team in top flight etc, they are very much still in the hunt for survival.
Would be a turn up for the books if they stayed up

I like Leeds as a city, like Bielsa, think Leeds the team and their playing style are far preferable to the usual promotion candidates as a presence in the league but...their actual fans are the worst of the worst and no-one deserves relegation more than those knobbers.

A real conundrum.

This Watford - Norwich game is very poor.

A poor game but with a very interesting result. Watford taking over at the end of that half.

A couple of years ago we were just like these two teams, scratching around for points in low quality games. A timely reminder of how far we’ve come - and how rubbish it was back then!

I was thinking exactly the same.

We were a hybrid of both these sides.

Neither side has a plan, or a style of play, doesn't feel that long ago that I used to feel that way about us.

If you were Watford you wouldn't be worried if the back up generator failed

2-0 Norwich.

I think Burnley will get out of trouble, assuming they ever actually play again

So Newcastle, Norwich and Watford to go down

Not that I would shed any tears if Everton were to go down in place of either Watford or Norwich.
