Anything goes in The Snug, General Discussion's rebellious little brother. An off-topic den of iniquity where any subject not covered elsewhere may be discussed. Well, anything except golf, Star Wars and Arsenal.

Doing the Wordle with my first morning poo has been part of the routine for a few weeks. Managed to get it in two before, but never one. You'll never win the lottery now Proph.

Its weird - I think about it when I am getting up and feel really disappointed when I guess it too quickly.

My mum, a crossword completist for most of her life, finds it easy

Did it in 3 today. Well chuffed.

My 'tactic' is starting with the word Broad (no idea why that word in particular but seems to have a good mix of vowels and commin consonants). Then if anything matches try adding an 'e' in my second word.

Mrs Steps got me hooked on it. I thought yesterday’s word was quite tricky and only got it on the last attempt. :phew:

I use 'aisle' for my first word and usually one letter turns out to be right.

After having about a 100 practice sessions at https://engaging-data.com/wordguessr-wordle/ and getting every one correct, I've concluded that I'm either really clever or this games not actually very hard.

I was well stitched up by the last one. Ended with HAW. Cheating told me that there is only one five letter word that ends in HAW, something called PSHAW. Except Wordle wouldn't accept that.. so, I was completely stuck.
NOT HAPPY..
