Antonio is fantastic and his goals, assists and chance creation are extraordinary. A young striker who can be an option off the bench and in rotation is ideal.

We’re in a position where we can take the risk of a striker who needs to develop.
Yup and Antonio himself is literally asking not to play every game. Ideal. :newthumb:

If we can get that kind of business done it would be very astute

As astute as Aguard, Areola, Dennis, Lingard

I think he is a very good all-round player:

I don't think we'll get either tbh. I think we'll go for Broja or Castellano, and we'll start next season with Antonio up front.

Areola
Aguerd
Bassey (fingers crossed - I'd accept Hickey though)
Bissouma (more likely than the other expensive CM's we've been linked with)
Lingard
Castellano (such a leftfield name compared to everyone else we're being linked with makes me believe there's truth in it)

Who said that? I definitely didn’t. My biggest complement of moyes is he has over performed and squeeze every ounce out of some very average players. But that only goes so far.

Hickey is a much better prospect than Bassey. Out of the two I'd take Hickey any day of the week.

Obviously they're not all his free-kicks... but I did notice with the ones they showed, they were all aimed to the left of the keeper.

Goalkeepers take note!

From where is this word on Twitter? Because it's going to be a long and frustrating summer if we keep quoting that cesspit and it's not from one of the more reputable sources.

Imagine the amount of goals we would score from corners and free kicks. Could be enough to get top four.

Claimed on here yesterday...

"Lingard wants 100k a week and two million each year as a annual signing on fee/bonus hmmmm"

You could translate that into £140k a week if you wished to.

Players are increasingly going to run their contracts down in order to pocket the transfer fee.
