You’ll be able to get them direct with the club. There’s no waiting list.

No more U16's tickets they've ,upped that to U18's. So that's a good thing for parents paying for their kids.

Band 3 to Band 2 a massive £220 more !! for adults, you could be inches away !

They have moved our band 2 seats into band 3 as part of the new seating configuration, but they are still calling it a band 2 seat.
Can they even get away with that?

Surely they have to charge us Band 3 prices?

Am not sure sutts but I would assume under the T's and C's they can do what the f*** they want.
Which is what they generally tend to do.

They've been doing what they want since 2010. In fact, probably long before that in Brum and even before that in Porn!

I have bitten the bullet and applied for a ST for next season after the hassle trying to get tickets this season. no man city ticket yet which is a shame as I saw noble make his debut.
I have gone for a band 3 lower tier in either the BML or arund the corner flag area. Apparently they contact me after ST renewals are finished in june. 690 but no cup games included ?

My deposit is apparently non refundable !

I’ve renewed and I’m looking to move seats. I’ve read West Ham’s FAQs that says after the renewal period has finished relocation will begin for the West Side and others straight after that.

Can I ask if the club contacts all season ticket holders asking if they want to move seats or do I have to make a personal request?

Also, are we allowed to see a seating plan of what’s become available?

Nothing wrong with my seat as it is and the people around me are good but my knee would prefer something closer to the concourse.

You normally get sent a relocation window email/text and you have to contact the ticket office to move. The relocation window is based on when you renewed, so the earlier in the renewal window, the earlier your relocation window will be.

I looked at relocating last year and it was over the phone - so was also looking at a seating plan at the same time.

Technology wise, I’m not sure why we can do it via the website, but I’m sure there’s a reason (cost most likely)

Hi mate

I have had season ticket for 30 years and in Bobby Moore lower with 52 priority points. Due to my job I have given my ticket to the same guy for last 3 seasons and he has first choice on away games apart from a few. He should be having it again but if not would you be interested

Trying to renew mine and my dads - problem is my dad is now OAP price - he won't be going to the games but I want to keep his ticket and priority points? Not sure if need to create a new account for my friend and see if they can transfer? Or do I just buy the OAP and chance it?

Be careful, when you go through the turnstile lights over the top of them flash yellow green when it's a concession ticket instead of just Green. Usually there's Stewards standing the other side watching!
