The Hammers are preparing for their first major European final in 47 years, but while David Moyes’s side travel to Prague to meet Fiorentina on June 7, their home ground will be being transformed ahead of a double-header between the Chicago Cubs and St Louis Cardinals.

I think this may have been fans who entered the ballot for public tickets and were successful but then decided not to buy (possible that Anderlecht and Basel fans were in this boat - or just people who were happy to put their name down for free but were put off by the cost of it all when push came to shove).

Was considering buying the 'new' shirt with Prague 23 on the back from the usual foreign sites, but didn't wanna look a ****er. So it's a choice of last year's black and gold shirt, or the west ham iron maiden shirt. Can't believe it's over 2 fuckin weeks away still!!
