I’m excited as much as the next man, but let’s give the lad a chance to settle and find his match feet. No digging him out in his early games. Give him time to build on the pitch relationships. Let’s see him attempt chances with both feet and his head before we judge his technical ability. Finally, let’s see how he moves and sounds on tock tick. So in summary, let’s give him the benefit of the doubt for say ……..three games!
