Funny that it sometimes takes even experienced players a bit of time to get used to the league ey!

I'd be more than comfortable with him and Coufal as our RB's next season. Starting to feel however than Johnson maybe needs to go out on loan at a high Championship / low Premiership level next term as his progress has been stunted this season though.

I think both he and Paqueta's progress over the second half of the season shows that a little patience can go a long way. Next season we'll be much better off for it (you can include Aguerd in that too)

I read somewhere that somebody heard him say something (in a second language) that suggested he wants out….. I agree with s-h, he needs a regular starting position and he’ll be here for years. Another example of how hard it is to settle in a foreign country and league, but if you’ve got it it will come out. Could be the best £10m of the summer spend?

Improved massively in last couple months of the season, looks a born leader, great round the dressing room and clearly gets the club.

I’m not sure about him needing a fixed starting position, he’s a utility player, every team needs one. We’ve certainly been missing one for a few years.
