I'm sure Harry's old man would sneak an advantage with his ex-military background and would generally have youth on his side over the other two old codgers.Plashet Grove Pete wrote: ↑Fri Mar 10, 2023 2:01 pm I take it you mean both Will's father and Harry's father too?

What are the rules in the States for drug users? I thought people were banned from entering the states if they admitted to taking them?

Indeed, perhaps it’s only if they’ve got a police record.Hummer_I_mean_Hammer wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 5:02 pm What are the rules in the States for drug users? I thought people were banned from entering the states if they admitted to taking them?

Meant to declare if you’ve ever used them, ever. Could be in a bit of hot water over this, though suspect there’ll be lawyers available to grease any wheels.

Knew someone in the UK who had a conviction for 'having a joint about his person' from 1974. He was denied a US tourist visa in the 80's for this horrendous crime. No idea how they treat this nowadays.Hummer_I_mean_Hammer wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 5:02 pm What are the rules in the States for drug users? Back then that would have been seen as being akin to being a mass murder.vietnammer wrote: ↑Tue Apr 04, 2023 5:03 pm Knew someone in the UK who had a conviction for 'having a joint about his person' from 1974. The Times reporting that Harry and Meghan are 'on the brink of making decision’ about attending King Charles’s coronation. I have to say, I personally won't be able to sleep a wink until it's finally confirmed.

Looks like she's staying home. Probably for the best with Uncle Andy on the prowl.dasnutnock3 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 06, 2023 2:20 pm The Times reporting that Harry and Meghan are 'on the brink of making decision’ about attending King Charles’s coronation. Re: The Monarchy
Interesting poll out from YouGov suggesting that a majority of people in Britain don’t care about the upcoming coronation. Perhaps after the Jubilee and Queen’s funeral there is a degree of fatigue, but it’s interesting to see that the coronation, which will be the first for most people, won’t stir the blood, which in turn means it probably won’t positively impact the reputation of the RF, which seems to be steadily returning to that of a joke.
