I dunno about that. I think we’d have had a better chance against Brazil - bullies and good front-runners but too overconfident and mentally weaker than some.

England / France really should be the final, cos they've been by far the best two teams in this

Overall its been a very entertaining WC and remarkably we look like one of the better prepared teams.

I think France is the big one ( obviously) but if we can beat them.
Then we look a good bet to go all the way.

IF we beat France I think we can go on to win it, although the counter to that is that the stars seem to be aligning for Messi to fulfil his destiny.

I should have listened to myself to save all the aggro.

Until England start playing in Red & White (The colour of our flag) instead of being a spuds replica kit we will never win a world cup.

I don't get why the media keep saying Maguire had a good world cup, he is the reason we are out, Giroud beat him, scored the winner and knocked us out, it's elite top level sport and small margins, Maguire needs to do better and stop that

Yep, he needed to. Probably only switched off for a second, not that he's that good in a foot race..
Apart from that, he did have quite a good world cup. Most of 'em did.

So, if England HAD won a week ago (& we could have), would we have beaten Argentina in the Final today?
