Sad news. RiP.
He lived a lot longer than his initial prognosis though. An inspiration to many.

Re: Wilko Johnson RIP
Wilko fell ill at pretty much the same time as my mother with the same variation of cancer (Pancreatic). Mum was one of only five per cent to defy the odds of living five years post-diagnosis; we lost her six years ago. He had a good run.Korea Hammer wrote: ↑Wed Nov 23, 2022 12:16 pmHe lived a lot longer than his initial prognosis though. An inspiration to many.

Down by the Jetty seems so long ago. Didn't think he was 75 though. Unique individual. RIP

Re: Wilko Johnson RIP
Gutted. Absolutely floored by this news. One of my guitar playing heroes, there's a lovely 2min 30sec video on the BBC news article where he explains his technique...beautifully simple.

Rest in peace Wilko.
