I received this notebook as a present recently.
But what's it all about?

Do we have some rivalry with Watford?
I wondered if it was maybe a lyric from a chant?

The only link I can think of between the two clubs is having Slaven Bilic as manager, but that seems a bit of a weird explanation - especially as he managed West Brom in between, and we are in a higher division.

So I did a search, and yes there are several of these notebooks: "West Ham are better than Chelsea," "West Ham are better than Tottenham", "West Ham are better than Arsenal," "Tottenham are better than Aresnal," "Tottenham are better than Chelsea", "Celtic are better than Rangers," "Newcastle are better than Sunderland", "Manchester City are better than Manchester United", "Liverpool are better than Everton" the cover of which is also adorned with "YNWA"...

And, yes, you are right in that some of these appear in the opposite claim too, eg "Arsenal are better than Chelsea", and "Rangers are better than Celtic".

But all of those are based on actual rivalries, (I didn't see a "West Ham are better than Millwall" though), except for the Watford one - at least to the best of my knowledge.
