When they went out in the groups in 2018 it was a shock, as they were the holders.

This time Im not surprised. Germany haven’t been much cop for a couple of years now.

Incredibly, Germany winning made sure that Spain qualified, while Spain losing knocked Germany out.

Not watched any footy tonight, been following the chat on here though and am delighted they're out

So, The Germans are out. Guess what? S**t happens, even in The World Cup.

Mind you, I'm glad the commentators were for the underdog. All they kept on about was the permutation for Spain and Germany going through.

How I would have loved for both games to have stayed 2-1.
