Uphill battle though. Good defence but no attack. Dutch seem to have it all without looking spectacular.

That's what I think too and from what I've seen of them, they are actually one the better items in the entire tournament. I've seen loads who are not as good as them

The yanks are solid and hard working. Not sure they have enough going forward, especially if Pulisic is out.

Aside from the first half v Wales, US have been tedious to watch though.

I think this will be a repeat of the US v England game. The US will be high energy and look half decent but fail to score; the Dutch will be slower tempo, look less interested, and not score. Van Dyke header in extra time.

Then I will hope that there will be some decent matchups here in Kansas City in 2026.

Admit to having an entirely illogical prejudice that the US are still 'imposters' in football, but see that their play can be inventive and exciting and no wonder we've never beaten them.
Good goal by the Dutch though one of those 'checkmate' passing moves that leads to a sitter

They got done by a fantastic goal but otherwise are playing ok I think. Mustn’t concede a second goal. Stay in the game - there will be opportunities later on.
