Rooting for Poland here,but that was a stunning overhead. Might have been stopped by the Polish defender if he hadn't been underneath a pile of bodies though

It was never “chalked-on” so there was no ability to do a VAR review as the whistle blew beforehand. From my perspective it looks like ref blows the whistle as soon as the keeper goes down, seeing keeper down = foul. It looked like you could have called a foul by Varane on cash, so VAR may have kept it disallowed anyway had the ref waited to whistle, but I just can’t help but feel that’s not why the ref stopped play in the first place
