Even though any allegations are just that at present, it absolutely is.

Re: Snooker: here we go again
Back in the 80s as a student in North London we used to frequent a snooker hall on the Holloway Road, but this was mainly down to the late licence it used to have in the days when pubs weren’t all day drinking.
I honestly cannot remember the last time I picked up my Rex Williams snooker cue. Come to think of it, I’m not even sure where it is.

So, what's next? 8 Chinese players suspended...surely the next step is going to be a complete ban on all Chinese players until the issue has been resolved satisfactorily? I can't see how anything else will maintain the integrity of the game

Pretty sure a decent lawyer will have anything like that nipped in the bud if they ever tried it.simon hammer wrote: ↑Mon Dec 26, 2022 12:31 pm So, what's next? 8 Chinese players suspended...surely the next step is going to be a complete ban on all Chinese players until the issue has been resolved satisfactorily? Re: Snooker: here we go again
So 10 players from China charged with match fixing
If guilty a sad day for the sport and unfortunately tarnishing the reputation of future Chinese players being guilty by association.
Makes it very difficult for future young Chinese players
It’s great they have caught them if they are guilty it could of had serious consequences if undiscovered for years

I love Mark King
Shame if he has been tempted into it
although he is a nutter, so wouldn't be surprising

Some cretin in a Just Stop Oil t shirt jumped on a match table and covered it in orange powder. Way to stick it to the man.

Re: Snooker: here we go again
Protesters and strikers are making this country an utterly joyless place to live. As if people haven’t got enough sh*t to put up with, now they can’t even have recreational time unspoiled by these selfish imbeciles!

Re: Snooker: here we go again
People standing up for their work rights are not the same as these idiots. Poor darts Macca for comparing the two.
And this isn't the page for politics. You've rightly called me out on that before.
