Dombrandt…and tbf today showed why Jones never picked him…just not enough power at international level (not referring to that specific incident)

Size is irrelevant at fly half, it's about skill, movement and game management.
Smith has the first two, not sure about the 3rd at international level.

Oh fair enough. Guess that must be why it is called fly half. But I didn't see a small player in the French team, but they dont stand a chance against a guy, three times his size

France definitely clicked yesterday after a slightly ropey few games. But we were really really poor...timid and what appeared to be a lack of leadership. As critical as I've been of Farrell recently, his leadership was sorely missed. Do we go back to him or push on and almost force the situation where others step up?

Somewhat glad that I didn’t take up the offer of tickets for the England game and couldn’t even watch the match.

Thankfully there has been some good rugby in this tournament - the Scots have been far more watchable than previously, and their game against the Irish was good. Ireland and France have been playing well and even the Italians have in parts … all of which is a minor consolation to England’s performances.

Shame you didn't watch it as you missed one of the best performances in the history of the 5/6 Nations tournament. Defensively, France were near-perfect. Seldom penalised, almost never a backwards step. Their attacking play was breathtaking, clinical, merciless and relentless.

We are lucky in Toulouse to be able to go and watch Dupont, Ntamack, Ramos, Baille, Flament,etc. every week.

Have you seen Capuozzo (also from Toulouse)? One of the stand-out players of the tournament: smaller than Mark Noble at a shade under 5'10 and 12 and a half stone.
Dupont is 5'9 and 13 and a haf stone (I've met him and he isalmost as wide as he is tall): Small and fast but rock-solid.

Talking about Dombrandt who tried a tap tackle, a number 8 against a winger. Or Steward the full back who was no where near him.

The fact that Dombrandt got near him was an effort. Agree that at the moment he is not an international 8.
