So dropping Farrell has made a huge difference to the number of poor kicks so far....

We seem to lose the ball every time we take it to ground.

The difference at the ruck is very noticeable. Dupont delivers really quick ball, Van Poortvliet takes an age while he surveys his troops like the Duke of Wellington.

France score under the posts.

Packs should be fairly even, but France have more experience at half back and a defensive advantage in the backs.
Could be a high scoring game, but I don't think we can out score them.
This is bloody awful, France to win by 20+.
Steward must be pissed off having to play with this rabble.

I get that it's a rebuilding process, but this is a very, very poor performance so far from England.

His defending for the first French try was embarrassing. I switched off straight after that.

Matt Dawson

Former England scrum-half on BBC Radio 5 Live

England are going through their routines but the routines are wrong. They have to come up with something better than they have in this first half.

This is shaping up to be a cricket score, let alone a rugby score.

France showing us why they're ranked second in The World and taking full advantage of a second rate opponent. I'm just wondering if it's worth wasting another 40 minutes of my life watching the current West Ham of The International rugby World.

45 minutes?

That's England's problem. They think they're playing football!

Worst 1st half performance since the 6 nations began in 2000.

Shambolic, Italy would have beaten us if we'd performed like this. :swear:
