A VERY, VERY comfortable win and two big teams out. What's not to like. The other thing I "like" is the Cole collective:

Now I know most, if not all of the pundits in TV are very biased to their chosen clubs and the CC are no different. What gives them the edge in my mind is they never seem to gloat or rip the p**s out of the opposition (Roy Keane, take note), but all the time, it's "We, us, we're". They just come across as knowledgeable and proper West Ham fans.

I'm good thanks. I loved it, like the better days under Moyes and glad we got the younger players on. Ones with a real chance of a career with us by the looks of it.

I'm hoping getting to the quarter finals can turn our season. I really really want Moyes to succeed. Performances like tonight can only breed confidence I hope.

didn't break a sweat in the first half and with it already being a huge mismatch, their keeper threw one in their own net and then they grabbed a red card just to seal it. nice for mubama to grab a goal, though he'll face sterner tests in the u21s.

Professional performance tonight. Everybody played their part and the manager made for me the correct substitutions. Bowen and Paqueta it was job done (however much Bowen might have wanted his hatrick). The only likely regulars on at the end were Areola, Ings and Soucek and that is why I believe our chances might be better this year than last when Frankfurt had nothing but the cup to play for when the drew us. Our squad, however poorly it is performing in the league, is way deeper.

Got good minutes into Scamacca, Ings and Cornet whilst giving the youngsters a taste.

Like the look of Mubama whenever I see him on you tube for the youth and now tonight. Miles off the first team for PL but has the instincts of a striker (and that for me is the hardest thing to train) combined with some pace and a decent build.

Good for Scamacca and Cornet to get some minutes into their boots, will be great to have them both available to start games.

They were god awful over both legs. 1 of the worst I've seen us play in donkies. You can only play what's in front of you though.

I didn't think they were any worse than the other teams we'd played in this competition last week, but today they were absolutely shocking.
