You can play it so many different ways, using different skill checks and abilities or just brute force.
I just found out that there was a way to obtain new characters depending on the particular way you handling the goblin leaders (a very tough mission early days).
I doubt you could do the same playthrough twice if you tried.

Two of the three goblins are reasonably easy to deal with using stealth but one is a nightmare and alerts the entire camp when you attack. It may be worth levelling up a few times to deal with them all. Good luck.
