Ahh it definitely has a drier taste which takes a while to get used to, but I certainly prefer it to the lighter more watery tasting lagers nowadays.

I watched the game at my son's place yesterday. He lives a short walk from Billericay Brewery and it being Fathers Day, he treated us to a selection of their ales to watch the game with. Very nice they were too.

I've let Mrs Smuts do the fridge runs tonight. I think I've had a round the world trip with a Butty Bach, Brooklyns, Trooper and now Ashai.
