I watched the game at my son's place yesterday. He lives a short walk from Billericay Brewery and it being Fathers Day, he treated us to a selection of their ales to watch the game with. Very nice they were too.

Well I stocked my fridge with the following.... Customised for matches.

Fullers London Pride & Hobgoblin for when England play cos they're English
San Miguel, Estrella & Mahou for when Spain are playing cos they're Spanish
Becks & Lowenbrau for when Germany are playing cos they're German
Kronenberg 1664 for when France play cos it's French
Stella for when Belgium play cos it's Belgian
Grolsch & Amstel for when Holland play cos they're Dutch
and
Carling for when Scotland play cos it's **** :thdn: ! :grin:

Got some Guinness zeros for tonight. Still had to wait over 5 minutes at the self serve for them to be authorised. Cant have kids on that gateway Guinness!

I remember 1966 and our only ever Cup Final win and straight afterwards I walked down thr road and bought myself a bottle of R Whites Cherryade

I've let Mrs Smuts do the fridge runs tonight. I think I've had a round the world trip with a Butty Bach, Brooklyns, Trooper and now Ashai.

No wonder I feel a bit groggy. I've crossed time zones about 3 times.
