I think this is the best I’ve seen Parker because Chisora’s dragged it out of him.

Del Boy is the nuts though ain’t he?

I hope the penny has dropped with Parker that he needs to be more aggressive otherwise no one will want to see him fight. Thought he looked fairly decent tonight but lacked that killer instinct to finish off Chisora.

As for Chisora it was a typical performance from him. Shed loads of heart but unfortunately he’s lacking in the skill department. Always brings the war though so worth watching.

KUMB 2021 Boxing Awards

Get voting.....

British Boxer of the Year: Josh Taylor. Tyson Fury. Has to be between those two but if anyone can think of anyone else...

World Boxer of the Year: Saul Canelo Alverez. Josh Taylor. Oleksandr Usyk. Tyson Fury. Naoya Inoue. Anyone else?

Anyone else you want to mention? I'd say Nonito Donaire is the comeback of the year with Leigh Woods being the British version.

Prospect of the year?

Kash Farooq has retired due to “unforeseen circumstances”.

Anyone got any idea what these are?

Johnny Fisher just sold 2000 tickets for his next fight which is incredible for a 4 fight novice.

Eddie signed him up on a longer term contract

Allegedly won the purse bid with a 41 million dollar offer of which 80% goes to Fury. It's normally a 70/30 split but the WBC changed their rules this time.

White is still protesting this so may not accept the $8,205,000. Hope he does though. And I half hope he wins now, just to mess up Bob Arms plans (he bankrolled this bid).

Will be interesting to see what strategy Fury employs. Whyte better up close than Wilder so the new swarming style might not be as effective. Whyte has shown better boxing skills of late but he's still nowhere near Tyson's level.

Interestingly this will only be Fury's 2nd fight in England in over 8 years.

April will probably be when it happens, same as Usyk Joshua rematch

Just watched the Williams v Eubank ‘gloves are off’ on Sky. I should hate Eubank Jr but just like his dad, I love him, I can’t help it, he makes me laugh and he backs up his talk :D

Olympic boxing not yet confirmed for LA 2028.

Boxing's international federation, the AIBA, must show it has addressed concerns around the sport's governance and the integrity of its refereeing and judging processes.

Understandable maybe but this could be a big hit to our medals tally if not added next year.

Watched Otto Wallin take on somebody or the other on the Eubank Jr/Williams undercard. Wallin is of interest because he gave Tyson Fury a particularly hard time some years back but on today’s showing, I think that’s all he’ll be remembered for.

Williams down in the first AND second round. It’s going to be a long night for him. Or maybe not.

Eubanks leveled up here. Where’s that power come from all of a sudden? That little short left is frightening.

Chris Eubank Jr. def. Liam Williams via UD (116-109, 116-108, 117-109).

Eubank probably fought six rounds he didn’t need to.

A fight best forgotten.

I fear he’s destined to be a poor man’s version of his old man.

Shame because he’s got all the tools.
