Irish youth international Odubeko signed his first professional contract with West Ham United in October 2019 having rejected the chance to remain at Manchester United as he felt his chances of first team football would be improved with the Hammers.
He made his first team debut on 11 January 2021 replacing Michail Antonio in the 90th minute of the FA Cup third round fixture versus Stockport County, a match won 1?EUR"0 by West Ham.
Odubeko joined Championship side Huddersfield Town on a season-long loan on 30 August 2021, having requested first team football.
His loan was cut short after he failed to receive sufficient game time and he returned to West Ham, only to be sent on loan to League One Doncaster Rovers for the remainder of the 2021/22 campaign.
On 26 August 2022 Odubeko joined League One side Port Vale on a season-long loan.

Whilst the BBC criticised him for not having an impact, he had double the passes Yarmolenko had and played five minutes more. Harsh to be hooked, we had four full backs on and took a striker off when we needed a goal.
