ivine Tayon Mahogany Mukasa first joined West Ham United at the age of five in 2013. After impressing at various youth levels for West Ham United, including Under 15s, Under 16s, Under 18s, and Under 21s and playing a key role in their Under 18s' Premier League (South) title win, Mukasa signed for Manchester City.

On 24 September 2025, Mukasa made his senior debut for City starting in a 2?EUR"0 away victory over EFL League One side Huddersfield Town in the EFL Cup third round, assisting Phil Foden's opening goal. On 3 February 2026, Mukasa joined EFL Championship side Leicester City on loan for the remainder of the season.

On 21 August 2026, Mukasa joined West Ham on a season-long loan deal, rejoining the team he spent 10 years with as a youth academy player.

Born to a Lithuanian mother and a Ugandan father in England, Mukasa is eligible to represent the Lithuania, Uganda, and England national teams.[10][11] At youth level, he has represented England.

Mukasa has been described by City as a "player who excels in tight spaces and is highly skilled at both scoring and assisting goals", and brings "an added level of creativity" to teams he plays for.

Mukasa is the most enjoyable player to watch on the pitch, especially so here. There is just magic in his feet, he's creative and inventive without being flash, seeing the game and the openings, making things happen when maybe it looks he shouldn't be able to. He's a precocious talent, one who looks like a star in waiting.

First West Ham goals, and whilst the midfield was far too loose to have any control, he didn't shirk his defensive work whilst maintaining good possession and then making the difference in attack.

He's shown in the two appearances since returning to the club on loan that he's got the ability and the physical strength for this level. Can ride challenges, looks forward often, and has composure on the ball and around the box. Far more than just a signing to pad the squad.
