During a family trip to visit family in Brazil, Alves was spotted by an agent who brought the-then 15-year old to Coritiba. After two years in Brazil, Alves returned to Denmark and joined Silkeborg in 2018.
Two years later West Ham swopped to snap up the talented youngster in a deal worth around ??1.5m.
Alves joined League One Sunderland on a season-long loan at the beginning of August 2021.
He returned to West Ham after the loan deal was cut short and sold to Brondby for an undisclosed fee in January 2022.
