The Hammers are in a strong position at the break in this evening's Carling Cup clash against Bristol Rovers.

A Craig Bellamy brace - his first competitive goals for the club - has given United a 2-0 lead at the break against their League One rivals.

However a good first half performance was marred by a serious injury to new signing Kieron Dyer, who is likely to be out until the New Year after breaking a leg in what appeared to be an innocuous challenge.

We'll have more for you at the final whistle.
