Demba Ba's agent claims that his client will insist on a move should West Ham be relegated from the Premier League.
The Senegalese striker joined West Ham only three months ago when he moved from German club Hoffenheim in a deal worth up to £5million.However the 25-year-old striker's agent is already understood to have informed the club that he will seek a transfer should United go down - news that is said to have alerted Chelsea and Tottenham, amongst others.
Ba has thus far proved to be the most successful of January's squad additions, having already scored five goals in just eight league starts.
Having opened his account with a brace at West Brom in February, goals against Liverpool, Stoke and most recently Manchester City last weekend have seen his value rise considerably already.
