New club crest revealed

West Ham United have revealed the club's new proposed crest.

As expected, the word 'London' has been incorporated into the stripped-down design, which completely removes any reference to the Boleyn Castle that has been part of the club's crest for many years.

There is no mention of the club's birthdate, which was mooted during the initial consultation video, with many supporters having expressed concern at the use of TIFC's incorporation date of 1895 during that recent consultation process.

The design is remarkably similar to those produced by the KUMB Forum's team of amateur designers, some of which we showcased here with many more being available on the Forum.

Supporters have been asked to give their view on the new design, which has been produced by Kensington-based WTF Creative agency in a new YouGov poll which may be found here.
