Hammers prepare to house Tyrell

Filed: Wednesday, 29th June 2016

West Ham are on the verge of completing a deal for Arsenal youngster Tyrell Robinson.

The 18-year-old full back is poised to move from north to east London later this week on a two-year contract, according to the Arsenal Youth blog.

A friend of George Dobson, who completed his own move from Arsenal to West Ham in July 2015, Robinson is said to prefer a more attacking role despite having featured in defence for the Gunners' youth teams and Under 21s.

And that is said to have led to him falling out with Arsenal's coaches and asking to leave the club last season.
