Adrian set for Palace

West Ham United's former number one goalkeeper Adrian is close to joining Crystal Palace.

The Spanish stopper is on the verge of becoming the FOURTH goalkeeper to leave West Ham this summer following the recent departures of Sam Howes (Watford), Darren Randolph (Middlesbrough) and Raphael Spiegel (Boavista).

And whilst reports in the national media have suggested a fee in the region of £3million has been agreed, KUMB understands that it is in fact considerably higher.

Palace are in the marker for a new 'keeper having lost Steve Mandanda to Marseille back in June - although they still retian the services of Wayne Hennessey and veteran Julián Speroni.

Adrian has been linked with a move away from West Ham since being dropped by Slaven Bilic following some erratic performances at the tail end of last year. The club recently exercised an option to extend his contract, which had been due to expire this summer.
