David Moyes and his squad have touched down in Florida ahead of a few days of 'warm weather training'.

West Ham, who are not in action again until they face Dagenham a week today spent their first day in the States undergoing various training drills before taking to the water for a spot of sunbathing.

Moyes opted to take his squad on a team bonding trip in order to try and arrest the slump that has seen the Hammers slide down the Premier League table in recent weeks.

However if previous mid-season trips are anything to go by, the manager shouldn't expect too much of a chance in fortunes. Last year saw West Ham gain just one point from a possible 15 following a February trip to Dubai.
