Matilda 'Tilly' Bailey

Everyone at KUMB.com has been saddened to learn of the death of Matilda Bailey.

'Tilly', who suffered from a rare genetic condition, was one of the stars of West Ham United's 'Like My Dreams' initiative which saw various West Ham first team squad members visit some of the club's junior fans who "deserve something special" at Christmas.

Tilly, and her brother Oliver were visited by Mark Noble and James Tomkins after their father, Colin - a KUMB member - entered them into the competition at Christmas 2013. Both had a wonderful time meeting the two Hammers, as you can see from the video below.

Sadly Tilly passed away recently, at the age of just 20, just a few months short of her 21st birthday. The thoughts of everyone here at Knees up Mother Brown are with Colin, Oliver and the rest of the family.
