Manuel Pellegrini says West Ham supporters can expect the Hammers to go on the offensive again this weekend when they visit Bournemouth for their latest Premier League fixture.

United go into this weekend's game four points ahead of the Cherries in the Premier League and just one point shy of seventh place Watford.

And Pellegrini says that he expects his team to try and emulate last weekend's defeat of Arsenal by going all out for the win. "It is not an easy game," he said. "I don’t think that because we beat Arsenal we are going to beat Bournemouth.

"Bournemouth are a team that have very good players. They always score goals because they play with two strikers and have very good technical midfielders. So we must be very concentrated and try not to allow them to score.

"Of course our team always try to score, so we will see a good game."

However Pellegrini also warned his team that they must not rest on their laurels having beaten Arsenal last weekend.

"It is difficult to know the reason but when you have a good result against a big team like Arsenal maybe the players can think that can be enough to win the next game," he added. "But to win the next game we must play in the same way as we did against Arsenal.

"I repeat, Bournemouth is a team that has very good players, working with the same manager a lot of years. If we want to beat them we will have to play a very good game."

The manager also admitted to being pleased by the club's results in December, despite being hamstrung by a series of injuries.

"That is the most difficult month in the Premier League. and we saw many players injured," he said. "I hope that we can continue obtaining good results but it is not easy with so many players injured.

"We are trying to introduce a new mentality [at the club]; everyone is working hard from the owners, the manager, staff and players. Maybe we cannot achieve this in one season, but I hope that we can continue now until the end of the season working and playing in the way we like to."
