Episode 2 of Cass Pennant's new Podcast is now available - with special guest former world heavyweight boxing champion, Frank Bruno.

The first episode of 'A Casual Chat With Cass' was launched via Apple's iTunes service last Monday (April 1) and featured legendary West Ham supporter Bill Gardner.

And for the follow up, Cass spoke to another well-known Hammers fan Frank Bruno, one of the most well-loved and recognisable boxers in British history.

Together Cass and Frank reminisce on how they first met, recall a story that attracted the attention of the Oprah Winfrey show and talk about spending a season together as ticket holders in the Chicken Run.

You may listen to the latest episode of 'A Casual Chat With Cass' by visiting iTunes.
