Grady Diangana is undergoing a medical ahead of a season-long move to Championship side West Bromwich Albion.
The 21-year-old has been told that his first team options at West Ham are likely to be extremely limited for the forthcoming 2019/20 season, leading his to accept the opportunity to join Albion.Embed from Getty Images
West Brom, who are now managed by former Hammers boss Slaven Bilic are seeking to update their attacking options ahead of tonight's transfer deadline, with Southampton's Charlie Austin likely to join Diangana at The Hawthorns.
The young winger made his first team debut for the Hammers in the 8-0 win over Macclesfield last season, going on to make a total of 21 appearances.
