The third round draw will be made at Lincoln's Sincil Bank stadium after 10pm, or slightly later should the Lincoln/Everton tie go to penalties.

West Ham and the 24 other clubs that will have qualified for the third round will be joined by the seven Premier League clubs who were given byes in the second round due to their involvement in European competition.

That ensures that the third round will consist of 32 teams, with ties due to take place in the week commencing Monday 23 September.

West Ham have never won the competition in all its formats, but have reached the final on two occasions - against West Bromwich Albion in 1966 and versus Liverpool in 1981, when the Hammers took the European champions to a replay at Villa Park.
