Hammers United have announced the route the group's second demonstration will be taking later this month.

The follow-up to last month's initial protest is scheduled to take place on 29 February, ahead of West Ham's match against Southampton in Stratford.

And Hammers United have announced they will walk from Plaistow to the London Olympic Stadium.

"We will all come together at various meeting points along The Greenway and stroll, peacefully, leisurely, and in good voice, along its length towards the London Stadium," read a statement released on behalf of the group.

The route the march, marked in claret, will be taking to Stratford

"You can join us at the Plaistow entrance to the Greenway at 12.15pm, or at the following entrances to the Greenway:

"West Ham (or Abbey Road DLR) around 12.30pm (a three minute walk from West Ham/Abbey Road stations), Stratford High Street around 12.45pm (a ten minute walk from Stratford High Street DLR) OR Pudding Mill Lane around 1pm (a one minute walk from Pudding Mill Lane Station)."

The match will culminate at the Marshgate entrance to the stadium, where it was confirmed by Hammers United "a few words will be shared" by the organisers.

The march, which is being organised in conjunction with Met Police and is expected to attract thousands of fans, will be marshalled by staff at all three entrances to the Greenway.

"We call on not just our thousands of members, but on all members of all groups everywhere to join us," said Hammers United. "All West Ham fans, all Hammers, United.

"On 29 February, make sure you leave home early. Catch that early train, miss that traffic, leave that pint on the side and come and join your West Ham brothers and sisters as we rally right up to the Directors' Gates and make our voices heard."
