No tickets? No problem

A number of West Ham supporters have made the trip to Glasgow for this afternoon's friendly against Celtic - despite no tickets being officially available to travelling supporters.

Although Celtic have been granted a safety certificate for 18,500 supporters, they are restricted to home fans only. Yet that hasn't prevented a number of determined Hammers fans from making the trip north for the game, which they hope to be able to obtain tickets for via the black market.

West Ham fans gathered at a popular bar in Glasgow's Duke Street ahead of today's pre-season friendly

Many of the fans congregated outside the city's Bristol Bar on Duke street on Friday evening for a sing-song ahead of Saturday afternoon's fixture against the former Scottish champions.

And bemused locals - not expecting to see any West Ham fans in the city following the announcement - took the following video of the fans in full voice in the street outside the bar.

Today's friendly kicks off at 3pm and is the first meeting between the two teams since July 2000 when Harry Redknapp took his team to Parkhead for a friendly which ended in a 2-1 defeat, with Paolo Di Canio registering for West Ham.

For those fans who haven't made the trip to Scotland, the game is being streamed free by West Ham for Club London members and season ticket holders. Everyone else can watch the game via pay TV on Premier Sports.
