Don't go to bed: West Ham business going to the wire

West Ham's transfer deadline day business is likely to go to the wire with David Moyes still weighing up several options.

Despite having landed Nikola Vlasic earlier on in the day the Hammers boss is keen to extend his squad further with another midfielder and potential one more forward player to supplement Michail Antonio.

With regards to the latter, West Ham have made contact with Lille regarding Jonathan Bamba. The 25-year-old, £25million-rated winger was first linked with a move to United earlier in the month and is said to have been the subject of a late enquiry by the club.

Also in France, West Ham have been linked with late interest in fellow Ligue 1 star Moussa Dembele who has spent the last three seasons with Lyon having made the move across the channel from Celtic.

Now 25 the former French youth international, who featured at all levels from Under 16 to Under 21 spent last season on loan with Atletico Madrid in Spain for whom he featured on five occasions.

Since KUMB's report earlier in the day several sources have followed up with news of interest in Czech Republic midfielder Alex Kral. The Hammers are hoping to secure the 23-year-old on a season-long lona with view to a permanent transfer at the end of the season.

However one player who looks unlikely to make the move to east London is former loanee Jesse Lingard.

The Manchester United playmaker, who is on the fringe of the first team squad at Old Trafford is reported to have opted to remain in the North West despite having spoken with David Moyes about a possible return to Stratford.
