Portuguese striker Xande Silva has completed a last-minute move to Championship side Nottingham Forest.
The 24-year-old spent three season at West Ham but made just one start and one substitute appearance for the Hammers."Nottingham Forest are delighted to confirm the signing of Xande Silva on a permanent deal from Premier League side West Ham", read a statement on Forest's website, published at 11pm on the dot.
"Xande joins The Reds on a two year deal for an undisclosed fee and becomes The Reds' eighth signing of the summer transfer window."
Silva - whose sole start for West Ham came in an FA Cup tie against Birmingham City - spent last season on loan at Greek club Aris who were hoping to make the deal permanent.
However Silva has opted instead to remain in England with Forest.
