West Ham appoint new directors

West Ham United's parent company, WH Holding Limited has appointed four new directors to the board.

In addition to new investors Daniel Kretinsky and Pavel Horsky, David Sullivan's eldest son - also called David - has been added to the board as has Dan Cunningham, the husband of Jacqueline Gold and father of David Gold's granddaughter Scarlett.



David Sullivan Jnr has joined the board of WH Holding


Further to the above Peter Mitka, the current Head of M&A at Kretinsky's energy group Energeticky a prumyslovy (EPH) and Marek Spurny, EPH's Chief Legal Counsel have been appointed as Directors of West Ham United FC Ltd.

The full list of ten current officers at WH Holding, and the dates each were appointed, is as follows:
