West Ham are on the verge of parting company with a second first team squad member inside 24 hours.
Nikola Vlasic is likely to become a Torino player within the next 48 hours after the Serie A side reached agreement with West Ham regarding a season-long loan agreement for the Croatian international. And that move follows this morning's revelation that Issa Diop is undergoing a medical ahead of a permanent transfer to Premier League newcomers Fulham.
Vlasic, who moved to West Ham in a £25.75million move from CSKA Moscow less than a year ago will join Torino for the season with an option to make the deal permanent come the end of the campaign for £15million - a figure that represents another major loss for the club.
The 24-year-old attacking midfielder is flying to Italy today in order to undergo a medical tomorrow.
An unused substitute against Manchester City last weekend, Vlasic made 31 appearances for West Ham in his first season at the club, 15 of which came as a substitute.
His sole goal for the club came in the 4-1 win at Watford on 28 December, while he provided just one assist - in the 2-0 win at Rapid Vienna back in November.
