In it, Noble talks about leaving Arsenal in order to join his boyhood club, being invited to play with the first team at the age of 13, the Great Escape and his relationship with Carlos Tevez and shares his thoughts on the extraordinary signing of Savio Nsereko from Brescia.

The two also discuss Noble's various managers including fellow Canning Town boy Alan Curbishley, Gianfranco Zola - who he still holds in great regard, Avram Grant, Sam Allardyce - who Noble insists "had a great four or five years" - and more.

Meanwhile he shares his views on never having been called up for the senior England squad, the impact of Dimitri Payet, the move from Upton Park to Stratford, playing in European competition and why Jose Mourinho owes him dinner!
