A poll on the KUMB Forum, opened in the wake of criticism of West Ham's results this season has resulted in an even split between those wishing to see manager David Moyes replaced or offered more time to arrest the club's recent slide.
Of those responding, 43% believe the manager's time at the club is up while slightly more - 45% - believe Moyes should be afforded more time to change the club's fortunes. The remaining 12% of those polled voted "unsure".The poll was opened in the wake of Saturday afternoon's 2-0 defeat at home to Leicester - the club's third home reversal of the week following defeats against Crystal Palace (Premier League) and Blackburn Rovers (Carabao Cup).
Despite the rising discontent amongst some sections of the club's fanbase, on Tuesday "club insiders" told the Daily Mail that Moyes' position was under no immediate threat with the board having agreed to offer him more time to improve the club's form.
West Ham went into the mid-season break 16th in the Premier League following last weekend's 2-0 defeat at home to Leicester City and just one point above the drop zone.
