West Ham United are guaranteed a place in next season's Premier League following this afternoon's results.

David Moyes' side host relegation-threatened Leeds United in Stratford tomorrow afternoon knowing that the result of that game - and the final day trip to Leicester City - is now immaterial after Everton failed to beat Wolves at Molineux this afternoon, meaning the Toffees can no longer finish above West Ham.

And with Southampton (24 points) and the Foxes (30) already unable to usurp West Ham's current 37 point total, the Irons can no longer be relegated - regardless of the results of their final two fixtures.

Prior to today it was still mathematically possible for the Hammers to be relegated, albeit only if Leeds were able to overturn a huge goal difference. However tomorrow's visit of Sam Allardyce's current club has been rendered immaterial as far as the relegation battle goes following Everton's 1-1 draw against Wolves.

West Ham go into tomorrow's meeting at the London Olympic Stadium 15th in the table but knowing that a win would see them climb above Bournemouth, who lost at home to Manchester United this afternoon.

Moyes' men could still potentially finish above Chelsea in the table by winning their last two fixtures, and can now finish 17th at worst.
