Former Hammer Ravel Morrison has secured a move to Dubai as he prepares to join the FOURTEENTH club of his professional career.

The 31-year-old attacking midfielder spent three seasons on West Ham United's books between 2012 and 2015, making 18 appearances during a spell which also included loans to Birmingham City, Queens Park Rangers and Cardiff City.

And having been without a club since leaving Washington's DC United 2023, when he was omitted from their first team squad despite having six months of an 18-month deal left to run, Morrison has signed a deal with UAE Second Division League club Precision FC.

A statement released by the Middle Easstern club on social media read: "We are beyond excited to welcome the incredible Ravel Morrison to Precision FC! "This is more than a signing – it’s a statement, a game-changer for both our club and football in the UAE.

"Known for his electrifying talent and skill, Ravel brings world-class experience and flair that will help our team to achieve its goals. This is the start of something extraordinary. Welcome to the family, Ravel!"

Precision FC, who are based in Dubai were promoted from the third tier of UAE football at the end of last season. They have also signed former Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter and ex-Rotherham player Ben Pringle for the current season.

Morrison's career has also seen the Manchester-born, former England Under 21 also enjoy spells with Manchester United, Lazio, Atlas, Ostersund, Sheffield United, Middlesbrough, Den Haag and Derby County.

Despite initially impressing on Sam Allardyce's watch, Morrison soon became persona not grata at the club after falling out with management.

The player accused Allardyce at the time of attempting to force him to drop agent Nick Rubery in favour of Mark Curtis, the manager's preferred representative.
