West Ham United's players will step out in 'Antonio 9' shirts ahead of tonight's Premier League meeting with Wolverhampton Wanderers in support of the injured striker.

34-year-old Antonio was involved in a serious road traffic accident on Saturday afternoon in Essex, following which he required emergency leg surgery.

And it has been confirmed that tonight's team will warm-up for the fixture in 'Antonio' shirts in order to show their support for their team mate - with medical charities set to benefit from a resulting auction.

"Players will show their support for team mate Michail Antonio at London Stadium on Monday evening," read a statement published on the club's website. "The players will warm-up in special shirts as well as walking out in tops adorning the striker’s name.

"The club will auction off the walk-out tops, with each one signed by every member of the squad, including Michail. In addition, every match-worn shirt from the Wolves fixture will also be auctioned, each signed by their respective squad member.

"All proceeds raised from the auction will be split between the NHS and Air Ambulances UK Charity, the national charity supporting the lifesaving work of the UK’s Air Ambulance charities."

You may follow the auction, which begins after tonight's team news has been announced at approximately 7pm GMT, here.
