West Ham managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory as Graham Potter watched his team capitulate late on once again.

Leading two goals to one thanks to substitute Tomas Soucek's 83rd minute header, two goals for the home side - in the 89th and 92nd minutes - condemned the hapless Hammers to a 16th league defeat of the campaign.

And as a result Potter has been left facing more questions about his ability to halt the team's dramatic slump over the last 18 months.
